Introduction

Hi I'm Aaron,
I have being playing badminton actively since 20yo right after my national services and into the workforce.
Often seen playing around the north east of Singapore.

To optimise performance and avoid injury, warming up of muscles using dynamic movements are suitable for sports like badminton. The two type of movement approach are Dynamic and Static which suit either endurance or cardio sports.

Dynamic movement allow the body to loosen and stretch the muscles at the same time. Common dynamic movements include lunges, high knees, and burpees.
